Our Privacy Policy

At zndgy your privacy is a top priority. zndgy handles your personal information with the utmost care. We do not collect personally identifiable information from individuals unless they provide it to us voluntarily and knowingly. This means we do not require you to register or provide information to us in order to view public areas of our site.

The personal information required to create a zndgy account is limited to your name, email, and password. If you are enjoying zndgy and decide to purchase a plan, your credit card number and other billing information will be collected. For members of your family tree, the minimum information required is the person’s name. If adding a relationship, it is required to add the relationship as well as the name.

The information required to create a life story includes photos and various media files. You are not required to upload any information, it is done voluntarily and knowingly.

All photos and media uploads are owned by you and can be accessed only through an account sign in or through collaborators you invite. This information is held on zndgy‘s server. zndgy appreciates sharing the special moments so others may benefit from creating a family tree and life story. If you upload a media file that you would not mind it being used on zndgy‘s social media platforms, please send the file to nita@zndgy.org.

Your email address may be used to help target zndgy’s digital advertising. We will never sell or trade client’s information to any third parties.

For uniform representation of fonts, this page uses web fonts provided by Google. When you open a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly. For this purpose your browser has to establish a direct connection to Google servers. Google thus becomes aware that our web page was accessed via your IP address.
